We perform repairs on electronic and mechanical systems, service Heidenhain and Fanuc controllers, conduct accuracy measurements of CNC machines, and carry out electronic error corrections.
Measuring equipment for CNC machines
On machines equipped with Heidenhain or Fanuc controllers, we install or replace Renishaw and Heidenhain measuring devices for workpiece setup and inspection, as well as measuring devices for tool setting.
Measurement and Compensation of Geometric Errors
On all CNC machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controllers, we measure all geometric, dynamic, and thermal errors and compensate them according to the controller’s options.
Volumetric Compensation
We are the only provider in this part of Europe performing VOLUMETRIC COMPENSATION, currently available exclusively on all toolmaking and production CNC machines from Hartford.
