Technical Description: Bambu PLA Sparkle Filament
Bambu PLA Sparkle is a filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 1 kg. It is wound on a spool made of ABS material, which ensures temperature resistance up to 70 °C. The spool has a diameter of 200 mm and a height of 67 mm, making it compatible with most 3D printers.

Recommended Printing Settings
For optimal results, the filament should be dried before use at 55 °C for 8 hours. Storage and printing should be carried out at a relative humidity of less than 20%, with the filament sealed together with a desiccant. During printing, set the nozzle temperature between 190 °C and 230 °C. The filament is compatible with various types of printing surfaces, including a cold bed, high-temperature bed, and textured PEI plate. For bed preparation, the use of PVP glue is recommended. The bed temperature should be set between 35 °C and 45 °C, and the cooling fan should be set to 100%. Printing speed should not exceed 250 mm/s. Retraction length should be between 0.6 mm and 1.0 mm, and retraction speed between 20 and 40 mm/s. The ambient printing temperature should range from 25 °C to 45 °C. The filament supports overhang angles up to 55° and bridge lengths up to 30 mm. If necessary, use a support material compatible with PLA.

This PLA filament has a density of 1.26 g/cm³ and absorbs water at a rate of 0.44% under standard conditions (25 °C, 55% relative humidity). Thermally, it has a melting point of 156 °C, a glass transition temperature of 56 °C, and a Vicat softening temperature of 57 °C. The heat deflection temperature is 53 °C at a load of 1.8 MPa and 55 °C at a load of 0.45 MPa.

Chemical and Physical Properties
Bambu PLA Sparkle is odorless and made from PLA material. It is chemically stable under normal storage and handling conditions but is not resistant to acids, bases, or certain organic solvents. However, it is resistant to most types of oils and fats. The filament is flammable but self-extinguishes in air, producing water and odorless carbon oxides when burned.

Sample Testing Conditions
Test samples were printed at a nozzle temperature of 220 °C, a bed temperature of 35 °C, and a print speed of 200 mm/s with 100% infill density.
This filament combines strength, aesthetics, and ease of use, making it ideal for creating high-quality, glittering 3D prints.
