Volumetric compensation of a 5-axis machine with axis travels up to 3 meters

The service includes 5-axis CNC machine measurements using a multi-axis Renishaw XM-60 laser calibrator and a QC20 ballbar, including compensation of:

· all geometric errors of the linear axes,

· axis squareness errors,

· rotational axis errors,

· kinematic errors, and

· alignment of the coordinate system with the spindle axis.

Each axis, as specified by the standard, is measured five times in both directions.

In the case of significant deformations (e.g., after a collision), preliminary mechanical alignment is recommended, which is not included in the price.

Upon completion, reports are provided showing the machine’s condition before and after compensation (laser measurements, ballbar measurements, ISO 230-2/6 and ISO 10360-2 for comparison of accuracy with a coordinate measuring machine).
